A downloadable game for Windows

STORY

Tapestry is a quirky and comedic Sci-Fi RPG about a poor family. Tapestry of the Month Before is specifically a short prequel game about a young girl trying to get tickets to a concert.

The main project is about the same girl trying to help her widowed mother turn her bakery business around or else they will lose their home. To help her mother, the girl along with her living misfit toys will quest throughout the crazy town the Oldside Four in search of recipes, money and… marketing? She’ll come across many good, quirky and not so good people as she tries to save her mother and herself from getting evicted.

ABOUT

This is a game for Windows.

Tapestry open-ended RPG with a good focus on exploration. You can battle in-game or ignore it entirely. A very quirky game with sense of humor.

It is a completed original game that takes inspiration from the quirky worlds and characters of Paper Mario and Earthbound mixed with open ended exploration and dialogue choices of Baldur’s Gate and Planescape: Torment.

Tapestry of The Month Before was made to work through the technical, design and writing challenges of what this game would be like. It’s a proof of concept and as a jumping off point for the main project I’m working on.

I really enjoyed this! Tapestry has a lot of potential. I love its music and its writing so much, and the art is very simple but pleasant. Thank you for making this!
